Ayurveda: Ayurveda, “the knowledge for long life”
Ayurveda stresses a balance of three elemental energies or humors: Viyu / vita (air & space – “wind”), pitta (fire & water – “bile”) and kapha (water & earth – “phlegm” We will exploring how to balance the dosha’s through asana practice and diet, which practices suit your dosha and how to adapt your practice according to the Seasons.
