You’re body has done an amazing thing! It’s grown and given birth to a baby. Postnatal yoga helps you do just that in a caring and nurturing way.
Postnatal yoga isn’t just about getting back into shape physically, it’s about helping you to connect with your baby and keep in touch with mums you met at pregnancy yoga.
During a postnatal class you will be offered different exercises to help you:
- Retone your pelvic floor
- Safely draw in the abdominal wall
- Tone and strengthen
Babies are of course welcome and give you the emotional support you need as you’re facing the realities of being a new mum!
