Therapeutics: 1 & 2
Anatomy and Physiology. This series of workshops taught by Ellen Saltonstall will give students an in-depth understanding of common conditions and injuries that yoga students often have, and how yoga can help in the healing process. Ellen will share her extensive collection of therapeutic modalities, which includes adaptions of yoga poses, observation and hands-on work, and the use of small rubber balls to massage the body. Enhance your knowledge and confidence to help yourself and your students to move out of pain and into strength and freedom with these very practical workshops.
