Welcome to the 5th issue of Anusara Marga: the Path of Anusara Yoga. The Anusara School of Hatha Yoga’s online magazine is dedicated to supporting your teaching and your relationship with the School.

Can you believe it? We have already spent more than one year together!

As we grow in numbers all over the world, we are exploring new ways to reach out to the Kula by offering new and more refined tools devoted to sustaining Anusara teachers worldwide. This includes new ways of communication, such as podcasts and videos.

As we move deeply into the third millennium and explore a new era for humanity, our purpose of spreading the Shakti and expanding consciousness gets stronger and stronger. These are meaningful instruments to fulfill this Sankalpa.
