Part 1: Foundations 24hrs (theory / practice oriented)
*Open to All: Practitioners, students, and all Licensed Members

- 2 sessions of 3 hours each day (12hrs during the weekend)

- 2 sessions of 3 hours each day (12hrs during the weekend)
1st Session (Morning) – 10:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs EST
2nd Session (Afternoon) – 15:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs EST
Part 2: Laboratory 12hrs (practicum oriented)

This foundational segment blends theory and practice to enrich your understanding.
Part Two, will be focused on honing your skills for teaching, crafting class plans, developing themes, and seamlessly weaving together philosophy with anatomy and biomechanics concepts.
This interactive laboratory experience is designed to enhance your teaching abilities and help you thrive as an Anusara Yoga teacher.
- *Taking the full training counts as an elective module for the 300-hour Anusara Teacher Training and as continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance
- *Taking only one part counts as continuing education hours within the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Alliance.

Adam Ballenger, Experienced Certified Anusara Trainer
Adam is a kind and loving lifelong learner with a passion for life and a desire to share his knowledge to help others. He is a fortunate father and a proud husband, possessing a unique sense of humor and a lighthearted view of life’s twists, turns, and adventures..
Throughout his life Adam has been passionate about wellness and health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology and is currently enrolled in a Master of Science degree program in Kinesiology. He has obtained a 500-hour ERYT certification and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Yoga Studies at Salt Lake Community College
Yoga has consistently proven to be a significant part of Adam’s healing and re-learning journey, helping him navigate personal challenges and intense medical situations, as well as everyday life. The integration of life and practice has allowed him to extend his yoga practice beyond the mat

It’s a two-part online course focused on expanding the approach to body movevemt through the application of UPAS, Loops, and their correlations to Fascial Lines, Kinetic Chains, and elements of the nervous system, enhancing both personal practice and teaching skills.
This course is recommended for all Anusara Yoga Teachers and Trainers. From Anusara Elements Teachers to Experienced Certified Anusara Trainers
Part One:
October 5th and 6th, 2024,

All sessions will be held from 10:00 AM to 13:00 PM and 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM EST.
This course will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of body alignment, position, and movement, with a focus on UPA’s, kinetic chains, fascial lines, and the nervous system.
You’ll also learn how to apply this knowledge to teaching, including class planning, theme development, and integrating philosophy with anatomy and biomechanics.
Part 2 is open to those who have completed Part 1 as well as to those who are Anusara Licensed Teachers and Trainers.
Completing both parts of the course counts as an elective module in the Anusara 300-hour Teacher Training program. If you take only one part, it counts as continuing education hours with the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Alliance.
Yes, all attendees who complete the full training will receive a digital certificate.
