Anusara and Controlled Articulation of the Joints through the Loops

We will explore the relationship between the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment and the tertiary seven Loops of Anusara in combination with the work of Functional Range Conditioning. This exploration will provide a link to specific movements in asana and muscular skeletal health. The Aim is to gain insight into the intricate Central Nervous System and its direct and indirect relationship to yoga and movement.
Yoga is said to be 47% Range of Motion in your joints, 41% muscular response and 12% awareness— is that true? To understand your ROM the discovery of Controlled Articulation for your joints is explored, and how it benefits a daily practice of understanding your capacity of movement in direct relationship to the marriage of the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment, Loops and your joint ROM.
Your conscious and unconscious awareness of how your muscles are habitually patterned through force couponing and your neuro-“pain” response can give you insight into how and why your body does and doesn’t consciously trust you with certain movements.
