This is a clarion call to all curious and creative souls who are craving a connection to the deepest heart and seeking practice and community that lives from that place.

In these unprecedented times, we need to be connected to our Self in an authentic way more than ever before. Our practices support us to feel grounded and anchored in something that is not fluctuating, but a steady support, even when life at the surface is so turbulent. Our yoga practice connects us to an eternal nature, even as we embrace an ever changing life, as well as the challenges that come with that.

So why now? These are turbulent and challenging times. And rather than burning out or hiding our heads in the sand, we learn to be with what is showing up, nourishing ourselves at the deepest level so that we can show up for our families, ourselves, our neighbors, and our world, in a way that is resourced, wise, loving, fiercely compassionate, and potent. The training will help you help others learn how to care for their heart and being when they need it most.

The 6-month Immersion and 13-month Teacher Training begins with a deep dive- a 4-day immersion program. Then, each month we’ll dedicate a weekend to our deep work together. As householder yogis, we know that spending time with your loved ones and not spending all your time on a screen is healthy and optimal. So, our weekends have plenty of time for your home life.

To supplement our monthly weekends, there is a biweekly gathering of teaching, practicum, and study. In addition, there is a weekly evening class that will keep us connected and deepening our knowledge between our intensives.
