Anusara® Yoga Day Retreat – 2nd September, 2019

Do you love the idea of a yoga retreat but simply don’t have the time for a full week away? This is the perfect solution – a cool, calm day of yoga, nutritious lunch and uplifting woodland walk!
All levels of yogi are welcome to come and learn how to align poses the best way to feel free and happy in your body. You will also learn some breathing and gorgeous relaxation techniques and the combination will leave you feeling fabulous both in body and soul. Join me at Millwater Barn in Ripley, Surrey and let me help your still your soul for a while.
I love teaching inspiring yoga classes that connect you fully to your body so that your spirit can shone brighter. Our day together will start with some well aligned and steady Anusara® yoga to stretch you out and help you settle in your body. At noon you will then have a healthy lunch and the option of a woodland walk to get you into the beautiful Surrey countryside. The afternoon will see some delicious, calming Restorative Yoga and guided meditation, and we will round the afternoon of with a natter over a cuppa and some cake.
Go back to life cooler, calmer and better prepared to face life bumps and wrinkles!
