Asana, Mindfulness and Movement: a 4-Day Retreat with Adam Ballenger

During the 4 days of our yoga retreat with Adam, he will present and guide participants through yoga asana-based practice and training. The focus of the 4 sessions will include:
- Biomechanics & Kinesiology for Longevity and Daily Life Function (some therapeutic applications may apply)
- Making Changes, how Mindfulness, Acceptance and Learning work together to help change patterns
- Asana practice: Awareness, Acceptance and Alterations are all a part of celebration and development
- From Exploration to Development, putting your insights, skills and practice into play
This retreat serves as the Anatomy module for ASHY’s 300-Hour Teacher Training, and it is open to experienced Anusara Yoga teachers. Includes early morning asana sessions, evening satsangs, daily asana practices, and delicious vegetarian meals at a fine Buddhist retreat site.
