This training is a call to action! It’s an opportunity to dissolve physical and emotional barriers to illuminate your personal potential. It invites you to step wholeheartedly into the richness of yoga philosophy and various theoretical frameworks through immersive practice and self-study.

This 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to guide teachers and students into a personal pathway of development and growth. This training helps you to cultivate skill-sets to transform and guide yourself and those in your community so that you can better navigate life’s challenges.


How to Awaken Your Heart:

This course provides effective tools and resources to harness your strengths and to develop a clear sense of direction. This course ignites your potential to help others to do the same. The curriculum allows you to awaken the heart and live with intention, allowing you to make an impact on those around you.

‘Awaken Your Heart’ is an in-person and online course held on the majestic island of Mallorca, Spain. Two twelve-day in-person modules are supplemented with online immersions with internationally renowned guest faculty. This diverse set of teaching methodologies, yoke to form a cutting-edge Internationally Accredited 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum.

The full curriculum covers a spectrum of training and practices:

  • Yoga & Meditation
  • Health-sciences
  • Transpersonal psychology
  • Non-dual Tantric philosophy


Module 1: The Immersion (November 19th – Dec 3rd,  2022)

The Philosophy and Practice of Yoga through both Classical and Tantric teachings


Module 2: The Teacher Training (February 16th- 27th, 2023)

Methodology of teaching through biomechanics, anatomy, sequencing and language.

12-Day Modules: 8:00-6:00pm in-person live training with 90min lunch breaks


Students will receive a program of sadhana to follow during the time period between Module One and Module Two.

In between modules students will receive recorded teachings from a variety of faculty members focused on asana, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, pranayama and contemplation.

Students will have specific assignments to complete before Module Two begins in which they will complete through Bindu Institute of Learning’s on-line platform. Students will receive log-in details during Module One.



Students will be expected to complete a take-home – open-book written exam after Module Two in order to receive a Yoga Alliance and Bindu Institute of Learning certification. Students will have 14 days to complete the exam after they decide to begin the test. They will access and complete the take-home exam from our on-line platform.
