1197EURBridge Program in Amsterdam, the netherlands: Small group upto 5 people for teachers who have completed a 200 hour teacher training and are very interested to bridge their knowledge of Anusara Hatha Yoga. Taking this 36hour program allows you to be eligible for the 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training from a certified Anusara teacher.
one day per month with weekly philosophy talks
starting January 2023
in- person days in Amsterdam are the following.

participation in 5-10 philosophy talks ( one hour per week) on Zoom will be required to complete the requirements of the course.
