The Yoga of Healing for Women ONLINE

The Yoga of Healing Online Teacher Training is a deep dive into therapeutic alignment principles, which have morphed over the decades to apply to women’s bodies in particular. You’ll learn to relieve common aches and pains like back, neck, knee and wrist, as well as conditions related to childbirth including fertility, diastasis recti (abdominal splitting), pelvic instability and labor and postpartum issues.

Discover alignment principles seen through a Divine Feminine lens that work on all levels: physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. Learn to use them too:

* relieve discomforts for all your students in traditional yoga poses from Chatturanga to Downdog
* address aches and pains with subtle alignment adjustments sitting, driving, standing and sleeping
* support healing for chronic pain and disease
* guide pregnant women to make space for baby and stabilize weak joints
* help new moms reconnect to their deepest core, support breastfeeding and recover fully
* address emotional/mental issues including anxiety and depression
* make space for easeful pranic flow on the mat and in your life

Come with your aches and pains… expect to leave transformed.

3 weeks, Saturdays and Wednesdays. If you need to miss a session, you can watch recordings. Comes with bound 50 page manual, plus videos and other materials.
