The Yoga of Pregnancy Online Teacher Training

May 4, 2022 - May 21, 2022




An 18-hour training to help yoga teachers be confident guiding, supporting and inspiring moms and moms-to-be.

May be taken for 300-hour certification credit, or toward Ma Yoga®/Yoga Alliance RPYT Certification.

Trainings are 3 weeks, twice per week on Zoom. You can watch the video if you can’t make it live, but we encourage you to stay with the group so you can get feedback and support along the way.

Ma Yoga® is alignment-based yoga rooted in Anusara, adapted to address the specific challenges and opportunities of women in their childbearing years.

In this all-online training, you’ll:

  • Learn to adjust regular yoga poses and sequences to keep your pregnant students safely strengthening and opening
  • Discover simple principles for teaching prenatal poses, sequences and themes to inspire and uplift
  • Dive into the stages of labor, so you know how best to prepare women for the big day(s)
  • Understanding different ways to incorporate supporting mamas into your business offerings
  • Reconnect to your own feminine wisdom, power, and nurturing energy
