Anusara Certified Teacher, studied under John Friend from 1998-2012. I have taught workshops nationally and internationally as well as Anusara Immersions and Teacher Trainings since 2006. Currently I am offering workshops and retreats in the Pacific Northwest. My home studio is The Dancing Camel Yoga Studio in Anacortes, WA.

Simply for the Love of it and for the love of community and the deepening spiritual connections that grow within a strong Anusara Kula.

| Why do you license with Anusara? |
After finding John in 1999 who was visiting my Houston studio I knew there was no other yoga for me. It was a deeply felt heart connection.
