Yoga Bio |
Inspired by many types of yoga, I take the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow, the heart-orientated approach of Anusara and the vigour of Ashtanga – and weave what I love from each into my classes. I teach a slow but strong flow that balances both strength with freedom and effort with ease. Dynamic sequencing is combined with steady holds and intelligent alignment, while playfulness is combined with thoughtfulness.
My aim is for students to come away feeling empowered, and ultimately, better about themselves. I provide a space for people to fully ground into the practice, encouraging each individual to tune into their bodies and breath to really feel how they feel. Expect intention setting, heart-felt philosophy, pranayama, meditation, humour and warmth. When there is music, expect it to be eclectic and uplifting
