Yoga Bio

When I started practicing buddhism and yoga in the mid nineties, I never thought I would become a yoga teacher one day. 2004 I ran into the first Anusara yoga studio in Berlin and it blew my mind. Ever since then I am a passionate Anusara yogini. After having completed my Ansuara yoga teacher training in 2011 I am teaching at different studios in Berlin. Mostly at YogaTribe. August 2013 I became anusara inspired teacher and finally, after a beautiful journey of studying and learning I made it: since 2017 I am Anusara Certified Teacher! I have published two books – both in German: Innen.Aussen and ProAgeYoga and I am also working as a coach. Please find my online trainings on my website.

What do you love most about Anusara Yoga?

I´ve been practicing Anusara Yoga since 2004. My body feels great, my mind is calm – most of the time:-)
Being 51 years old I am so grateful to have deepened my physical, spiritual and emotional experiences by immersing into the realm of Anusara Yoga. I´m blessed.
Why do you teach Anusara yoga?

I teach Anusara Yoga because I can support people on all levels. Every body can benefit from the universal principles of alignment – no matter how old or handicapped. Anusara Yoga serves people so well an its a great tool.
Why do you license with Anusara?

I am a certified Teacher because I want to train future Yoga teachers the best way possible. I feel supported by the Anusara Community and I support Anusara Yoga by being a registered teacher!
