That students learn to help themselves on and off the mat.

| Why do you teach Anusara yoga? |
It is the only yoga I ever did that made sense to my body and my mind. It supported me to find my own way. That is what I want to give to my students too.

To get regular input and develop further are very imporanat for me. The license process requires and assured exactly this.
