I took my Anusara Teacher Training with Jeff Fisher (bless him!) in 2010/11, got inspired in 2013 and certified in 2019.
I teach in Essen, Germany, and also own a studio – “Happy Yoga”.
At the moment I’m also Country Coordinator for Germany for the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga.

I love helping people getting to know themselves better and sharing great tools I were given 🙂

It’s a give and take, right? So I’m happy to pay back for what I was given.
