From childhood, I was a seeker and philosopher, captivated with the extraordinary clarity that I experienced while constantly immersed in the natural world. From outdoor enthusiast to professional mountaineer, I kept pushing myself deeper into rarified states of sublime comprehension. Yoga entered my life in 1986. 30 years ago, I began serious continued study with Richard Freeman and K. Pattabhi Jois. 16 years ago, I attended my first Anusara Workshop with John Friend, and traveled as his main assistant for the next seven years. 15 Years ago I began my studies with the brilliant author and master of eloquence and story-telling, Martin’ Prechtel, and 10 Years ago, I joined forces with extraordinary poet, author and provocateur, Judyth Hill. As “The Dharma Queens” we travel internationally teaching poetry, speaking, writing and yoga to students and teachers wishing to find their authentic voice, spirituality, nobility and legitimacy through the diversity of indigenous perspectives and world cultures.
