Nicole teaches Yoga since 2004. She is well known as a highly qualified yoga teacher- leading teacher trainings, workshops and regular classes for over 15 years now.
She wrote a book called “Yog für jeden Körper”.
She owned a yoga studio in Cologne (Openlotus) for over 10 years which she closed in order to focus on teacher trainings which she leads throught Germany.
Her detailed skills on the body, her open heartedness and her wish to empower her students made her become known as a profund yoga teacher in Germany.
