I teach Anusara-Inspired ™ Yoga, a heart-opening yoga direction characterized by biomechanical alignment principles, flowing movements, and my in-depth anatomical knowledge as a physical therapist. Opening oneself to the new and affirming the beautiful things in life, finding one’s body again and living in grace are the spiritual foundation of my teaching.
In addition to this, I offer you modern yoga classes with the experienced guest teachers Kathrin Kayser-Dulic and Bettina Moder.
With variations, we will ensure that experienced people get their money and also beginners find an adapted approach to yoga. All yoga classes are open classes, where you can start at any time. A reservation is not required.
