… Our school has an illustrious history attached to the energetic presence of the Siddha lineage that inspired the heart of Anusara and its glorious first principle, Open to Grace. It is one of the oldest schools in NYC, a school for yoga since 1972. Our teacher trainings are known for their transformative power and have produced spiritually awakened, grace-filled teachers. Newcomers notice the quality of subtle but deep silence in our classes as well as the warmth of community.
