The Importance of a healthy Psoas. In this alignment based workshop we will explore how this muscle that connects your legs to your spine affects not only effects how you stand, but also is a portal to deeper flexibility, power & Grace in your practice .
A tight Psoas can effect your breathing & is a primal messenger of the central nervous system.
We will look at how to check if your Psoas is tight or weak.
You will learn how to align the pelvis effectively in a variety of poses to both strengthen & stretch.
The morning will finish with Breath-work for healthy lungs.
Internationally renowned yoga teacher Bridget Woods Kramer, commenced her yoga practices in India in 1975 embarking on an intense program of study and self practice to become a senior teacher. She has concentrated on teaching yoga since 1988. A leading light in the fitness industry for over two decades, Bridget is credited with introduction of the aerobics phenomenon in the UK.
