It is ASHY policy to encourage our teachers to express their unique divine nature while maintaining a clear connection to the Universal Principles of Alligment of Anusara Yoga. As such, ASHY teachers are not restricted from teaching other styles of yoga. However, creating clarity for our students and fostering the Anusara Yoga methodology, requieres that ASHY teachers agree not to blend any other type of yoga in a class that listed as Anusara or Anusara-Inspired.

Application Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • By submitting this application you agree that the information is accurate.

  • By submitting this application you agree to submitting any missing application requirements to memberservices@anusarayoga.com within the next 30-days

  • By submitting this application you agree to pay the non-refundable Membership Reactivation fee (one time admin fee). Once you click submit, you will be redirected to the payment page.

  • If you require assistance completing your payment please contact our Licensing Specialist, Aline Franco Flores memberservices@anusarayoga.com.

  • Once submitted, a copy of your application will be emailed to you.

  • Once your application has been verified and approved, our Licensing Specialist will send you the access links to pay your annual membership.

  • The membership fee is an annual fee for holding an Anusara teaching license and being a member of the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga.

  • You will be issued your license to teach Anusara yoga once we have received and approved all the above, including BOTH the reactivation fee and annual membership fee payment.

  • Starting in 2023, your membership will automatically renew on your renewal date, charging your credit card through your Mindbody Online (MBO) account (or whatever system you used to pay your membership fee).

  • It can take up to ten (10) days for your application to be processed (up to 3 weeks for category 2 applicants). If you do not hear from us after that time, please email our Licensing Specialist, Aline Franco Flores memberservices@anusarayoga.com to check on the status of your application

Who is this for?

  • Previously licensed Anusara Elements™, Anusara-Inspired™ or Certified Anusara yoga teacher members.

To reactivate your Anusara membership please select your category below and complete the following steps:

Membership Reactivation (within 2 years) - If your license expired WITHIN the last two years, or for reactivation of the Anusara Elements membership:

  1. Submit the Membership Reactivation Form at the bottom of this page.

  2. Submit your one time Membership Reactivation application fee (See "Other Fees" Section HERE ).

  3. Pay your annual licensed membership fee once you receive our application approval reply

Membership Reactivation (after 2 years) - If your Inspired/Certified/ECAT license expired more than 2 years ago: 

  1. Submit the Membership Reactivation Form at the bottom of this page.

  2. Pay your one time membership reactivation application fee (See "Other Fees" Section HERE)

  3. Complete Class Review Form & Process

  4. Pay your annual licensed membership fee once you receive our application approval reply

 

Check your e-mail to be sure that you receive your copy of your completed application form (this confirms that your application is in processing).

The School's Licensing Specialist or Reinstatement Liaison will contact you to finalize and process your license fee payment and provide you with your Teacher Lounge access. Thank you.
