  • This is the entry-level teaching license in the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. Elements Teachers embody the foundations of Anusara through alignment, heart-centered themes, and the Universal Principles of Alignment™. They are licensed to teach as Elements Anusara Yoga Teachers while continuing to build their experience.

  • Inspired Teachers are recognized for their refinement, dedication, and growing mastery of the Anusara method. Their classes skillfully weave alignment and philosophy into a transformative student experience.

  • Certified Teachers represent a high standard of excellence in the Anusara tradition. They embody the philosophy and methodology at a deep level and are qualified to mentor teachers.

  • The Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher Trainer (CATT) is our first level as a trainer, demonstrating a profound commitment to nurturing future generations of Anusara Yoga teachers.

    As a CATT, you are qualified to teach our 200-hour curriculum, which includes 100 hours of immersion and 100 hours of teacher training, The Universal Principles of Alignment Workshop, 300hr Elective Modules and the Therapeutic Applications of Anusara Yoga. This role showcases your ability to guide others with integrity and precision in their journey to becoming Anusara Yoga teachers.

    Anusara Trainers act as Mentors and Assesors to students and fellow Anusara Teachers in their Professional Development journey.

  • Experienced Certified Anusara Teacher Trainers (ECATT) are the senior leaders within the Anusara community, embodying the principles and teachings of this practice through their extensive backgrounds. With years of training, teaching, and personal practice, they are authorized to conduct both 200-Hour and 300-Hour Teacher Trainings, providing comprehensive education to aspiring teachers.

    In addition to leading training programs, ECATTs play a vital role in mentoring new trainers, offering guidance, support, and valuable insights drawn from their own journeys. 

    They are committed to preserving and enriching the Anusara tradition, ensuring its depth and mastery are passed on to the next generation. Their experience and wisdom not only empower others in their professional development but also foster a strong sense of community and connection within the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga.

    Due to their extensive experience and knowledge, ECATTS are regarded as guardians of Anusara Yoga wisdom. Over time, they have developed the necessary skills to share these teachings. 

    ECATTS can and have created curriculums that keeps our methodology vibrant, relevant, and innovative. 

  • Subject Matter Specialists in the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga are experienced teachers who focus on specific areas such as anatomy, therapeutics, philosophy, and pre- or post-natal yoga. They are at the forefront of scientific and philosophical findings, techniques, practices and applications of human development. 

     

    Their contributions elevate the quality and diversity of training and also allow for innovation bringing a wealth of knowledge to the curriculum, helping students deepen their understanding of how yoga can be applied in different fields 

     

    By incorporating the expertise of Subject Matter Specialists (SMS), the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga creates a comprehensive and enriching educational experience. This collaboration ensures that Anusara Programs walk hand in hand with science and the School’s Vision through a Holistic (heart-body-mind) approach.
