
Level 1 – Elements™ Anusara Yoga Teacher
(L1-EAYT)


This is the entry-level teaching license in the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. Elements Teachers embody the foundations of Anusara through alignment, heart-centered themes, and the Universal Principles of Alignment™. They are licensed to teach as Elements Anusara Yoga Teachers while continuing to build their experience.
Requirements:

Completion of a 200-Hour Anusara Teacher Training (including a 100-Hour Immersion) with an Anusara Teacher Trainer

Agreement to the School’s Code of Ethics and licensing terms

200-hr Anusara Yoga Teacher Training Certificate of Completion

Complete the L1 - EAYT Application Form

Pay the ”Open to Grace” Fee

Submit a Profile Photo (it will be used for MBO (MindBody Online, our payment site, Teacher’s Directory, Marketing Purposes)

Read and Acknowledge the L1-EAYT License Agreement
As an L1-EAYT, you are ready to offer public and private Anusara Yoga classes.
Steps to Advance to L2 - Anusara Inspired Yoga Teacher

Check the L2 - IAYT Requirements

Keep track of your trainings using the Credit Hours Log – XLS file

Prepare a 90 min class, either live or on video.

Receive Class Assessment and Feedback from an Anusara Mentor (Anusara Trainer)

Coordinate with a mentor (Anusara Trainer) to assess your class using the Universal Class Assessment Form (UCAF). Keep a copy for your records.

Fill out a self-evaluation form of this same class using the UCAF. Keep a copy for your records.

Have a feedback session with your mentor to discuss your strengths and learning opportunities as an Anusara Teacher.

Once approved by your mentor, you are ready to apply for the L2 - Inspired Anusara Yoga Teacher License.
