Elements of Spring is a five-day Anusara Yoga & Strength immersion that integrates heart-centered asana with modern movement science in a way rarely offered within a retreat setting. Grounded in the Universal Principles of Alignment and the intelligence of the Five Elements, this training weaves progressive yoga, breathwork, meditation, interval-based movement, and intentional load to support deep joint stability, bone density, and long-term resilience. Practices unfold in a wave-based arc—from spacious attunement to empowered expression and back into integration—using carefully dosed intensity to stimulate strength and adaptability without overwhelm.

Set at the luminous Sagrada Wellness Retreat Center on California’s Central Coast, this retreat offers a living laboratory for embodied learning and nervous system regulation. Short intervals of functional strength and loaded asana are paired with restorative practices, pranayama, and time in nature to actively train the nervous system’s capacity to mobilize, recover, and self-regulate.
