🍁🍂Samhain: End of the Wheel of the Year Celebration - All Levels Anusara Flow 🌻

Within every ending, is the Beginning.
Tomb to Womb. Samhain, the celebration where ‘Halloween’ comes from, is both the end and beginning of the cycle. Near the time of one of the greek Eleusinian mysteries celebrating Persephone’s return to her throne in the Underworld, Samhain marks the earth’s New Year. The time when the harvest work is done, nights growing long, and life settles in towards winter. The veils between the Otherworld are thin, ancestors are near, the mushrooms and spiders abound, ravens circle the sunset skies, and the seeds holding dreams for future harvests are ready for sowing.

Using Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment, we'll explore the ways to let go of lifeless debris and choose which dream seeds to carry forward with faith in the cycle for the renewal of life.

All levels welcome with modifications offered throughout. If you love dynamic yoga classes , funky handstands with transformative philosophy and dose of fun … this is for you !
