I am honored to be known as one of the most experienced and most knowledgeable of Anusara yoga teachers. I honor and love all of my teachers, those in Siddha Yoga, in Anusara Yoga, and Paul Muller-Ortega, the founder of Blue Throat Yoga and Neelakantha Meditation. I love the opportunities to serve and support Anusara yoga, by being co-coordinator of our Curriculum Team and supporting teachers in Europe in their Certification licensing process. I teach classes and courses online, and I’m also a teacher of Neelakantha Meditation (learning it is the best thing one can do for themselves).  One student’s share after completing a Philosophy Module with me: “The last two sessions were kind of mind-blowing for me.
