Hristinka Maslarska
Hristinka Maslarska is a Certified Anusara® Yoga Teacher Trainer (CATT), E-RYT® 500 and YACEP®, with 20 years of teaching experience.
She is the founder and director of Hrdayam Yoga Center in Kalamata, Greece, where she offers daily classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats. Her expertise includes Anusara® Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, BackMitra®, and Pilates Equipment, which she has been teaching since 2006.
Known for her warm presence, therapeutic understanding of movement, and precise alignment-based instruction, Hristinka’s classes combine intelligent sequencing, inspiring philosophy, and a joyful spirit. She is passionate about helping students of all ages and abilities cultivate strength, freedom, and a deeper connection to their hearts through practice.
Her teaching is rooted in the philosophy of Anusara Yoga—celebrating the intrinsic goodness of every person and creating a welcoming space where each student can grow, heal, and thrive.
