Certified Anusara Teacher Trainer

The Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher Trainer (CATT) is our first level as a trainer, demonstrating a profound commitment to nurturing future generations of Anusara Yoga teachers.

​

As a CATT, you are qualified to teach our 200-hour curriculum, which includes 100 hours of immersion and 100 hours of teacher training, The Universal Principles of Alignment Workshop, 300hr Elective Modules and the Therapeutic Applications of Anusara Yoga. This role showcases your ability to guide others with integrity and precision in their journey to becoming Anusara Yoga teachers.

Anusara Trainers act as Mentors and Assesors to students and fellow Anusara Teachers in their Professional Development journey.

Requirements to become a Certified Anusara Teacher Trainer (CATT):

  • Read and Acknowledge the Prerequisites

    • Current L3-Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher license in good standing + 2 years of experience in that License category. 

    • Experience assisting in teacher trainings and mentoring L1-EAYT and L2-IAYT (at least 4 teachers when applying)

    • Completion of the Train the Trainers Program (insert link to application TTT)

  • Submit the Application to Teach/Co-Teach Immersions & Teacher Trainings Form

  • Interview with the PD & Licensing Director

  • Approval by the Professional Development Team 

  • One publication for The Anusara Sadhana within a 12-month period

  • Attend or get involved with an event, gathering, summit, program (in person or Online) within a 12-month period

Become an Experienced Certified Anusara Teacher Trainer (ECATT):

Requisites:

  • Current CATT License + 3 years of experience in that License Level 

  • Have taught and registered with the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga.at least two (2) 200hr Anusara Teacher Training within those 3 years

  • 7 consecutive Years as an Anusara Licensed Teacher 

  • Have assessed at least 2 Certification Processes (Become an Anusara Assessor/Mentor) 

  • Participate in the Train the Trainers Program 

  • Participate in the Annual Anusara Trainers Forum

  • One publication for The Anusara Sadhana within a 12-month period

  • Attend or get involved with an event, gathering, summit, program (in person or Online) within a 12-month period
