Subject Matter Specialists in the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga are experienced teachers who focus on specific areas such as anatomy, therapeutics, philosophy, and pre- or post-natal yoga. They are at the forefront of scientific and philosophical findings, techniques, practices and applications of human development.
Their contributions elevate the quality and diversity of training and also allow for innovation bringing a wealth of knowledge to the curriculum, helping students deepen their understanding of how yoga can be applied in different fields
By incorporating the expertise of Subject Matter Specialists (SMS), the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga creates a comprehensive and enriching educational experience. This collaboration ensures that Anusara Programs walk hand in hand with science and the School’s Vision through a Holistic (heart-body-mind) approach.
Requirements:

Documented professional training or qualifications in the specialty area

Minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise

Application(s) and approval by the Professional Development Team. (Teachers may have up to two specialties)

Ongoing commitment to collaborate with Anusara School of Hatha Yoga’s Publications, Events, Gatherings, Festivals, Summits:

One publication for The Anusara Sadhana within a 12-month period

Attend or get involved with an event, gathering, summit, program (in person or Online) within a 12-month period
