Giselayoga

A life dedicated as a teacher trainer, specializing in therapeutic yoga, meditation and Mindfulness. She has taught in Europe, giving retreats and trainings, offering her experience as a yoga teacher in Ashrams in India and the USA. She continues to train throughout Spain and has her own school in Madrid.
