Studio Eleven

We are a beautifully appointed yoga studio in the west of Ireland, affiliated to Anusara Yoga. We make a point of hosting at least two internationally known Experienced Anusara Yoga teachers a year. We also run an Anusara recognised Prenatal Training ever year, facilitated by Christine Stewart and Benita Wolfe.
This studio is ran and owned by Christine Stewart a certified Anusara Yoga teacher and a specialist in women's yoga.
