Living Shakti – A Tantric Immersion

In this immersion, you will learn what it truly means to awaken Shakti as your own living body temple. Each month you will dive deeply into one Goddess through the living practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, myth, and Tantric philosophy — learning how to embody her qualities from the inside out, feeling the difference between performing a pose and truly inhabiting it. We will cover strong, intelligent alignment in our postures as we weave Goddess lore and myth directly into the body — so that the precision of alignment and the wisdom of the heart are never separate, but one unified living practice. You will come to know the Goddesses not as distant figures but as living frequencies within you, and you will learn to carry their qualities — courage, devotion, radiance, surrender, and joy — into your postures, your teaching, and your life. Whether you come as a practitioner or a teacher, you will leave each gathering with new tools, deeper embodiment, and a richer understanding of the feminine as a living force that moves through the body, the breath, and all of life. Living Shakti is a 30-hour Anusara & YA CE immersion spanning ten sacred months — September 2026 through June 2027. Each gathering is a living journey into one Goddess of the Śākta and Śaiva Tantric traditions: not as symbol or mythology, but as a direct doorway into embodied awakening. Through asana, philosophy, pranayama, mudra, mantra, and myth, we awaken Shakti as our own living body temple — weaving strong, intelligent alignment with the heart qualities of each Goddess directly into the body.
