I trained as an Anusara yoga teacher in 2022 and haven’t looked back. I teach the traditional hatha style passed down to me by the wonderful Sarah Powell, but my true passion lies in restorative yoga — really supporting the body with props and giving the parasympathetic nervous system the time it needs to soften, settle, and reset.

Anusara Yoga blends safe, well‑aligned postures with a positive, life‑affirming philosophy that nourishes you physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’d love to show you how a regular practice can help you feel more vibrant in your body and more open-hearted as you navigate this beautiful, chaotic life.

I’m also a qualified sound therapist, and when combined with restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, the experience becomes deeply soothing and profoundly rejuvenating.
