I’ve been practicing yoga since I was just 15 years old. It took me a while to find Anusara, but the moment I stepped into my very first class, I knew I had found something special. Since then, Anusara has become a part of me — I can’t imagine practicing or teaching anything else.

I was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, where I studied Physics. After completing my Master’s degree, love took me to the United States, where I continued my yoga journey, mainly exploring Iyengar yoga. But it wasn’t until I moved to Canada in 2010 that I truly found my home in Anusara.

In 2013, life brought me to Klosterneuburg, Austria, where I opened my own cozy studio. Here, I get to share my deep love for biomechanics and the heart-opening philosophy of Anusara with my wonderful kula. Every day, I feel grateful for this beautiful path and the amazing community that continues to grow around it.

Since 2018 I am a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher. As an active member of our school, I have the great opportunity to work closely and share ideas with other members from around the world. It is fantastic to feel supported by a great ocean of hearts spread globally — a big, strong family that is constantly growing, learning, and inspiring one another.
