What You'll Learn

What it means to awaken Shakti as your own living body temple — through the full arc of practice, philosophy, and presence.
Asana: Embody the Goddess archetypes in your physical practice. Feel each posture not just as form, but as feeling, heart qualities awakened from the inside out.
Philosophy: Explore the Śākta and Śaiva Tantric traditions as living wisdom — teachings that reveal the feminine as the very ground of consciousness itself.
Pranayama: Work with breath as a direct gateway into Shakti — learning to feel, channel, and embody the living intelligence that moves through all things.
Mudra: Discover the sacred gesture language of the Goddesses — using the hands as a map of inner states and a doorway into deeper embodiment.
Mantra: Chant and inhabit the seed sounds of each Goddess — letting sacred sound become a living frequency that vibrates through body, heart, and awareness.
Myth & Story: Enter the stories of the Goddesses not as ancient texts but as living mirrors — recognizing your own journey, cycles, and awakening within each tale.

Living Shakti– A Tantric Immersion
A Journey Through the Goddess Within
A 30-Hour Immersion in Tantric Philosophy, Mythology & Embodied Practice

with Jeanie Manchester, ECATT, E-RYT500 and an Acharya and senior student of Neelakantha Meditation
“You're the Point The Universe is making; Your embodiment is the gift. “ – Dr. Gopala Aiyar Sundamoorthy
Somewhere underneath the noise of daily life, something ancient is stirring. It has always been there: the pulse of creation itself, moving through your breath, your blood, your becoming. The yogis called her Shakti: the living, intelligent energy at the heart of all things.
This is an invitation to meet her - not as an idea, but as you.
Rooted in the Śākta and Śaiva Tantric traditions, Living Shakti - A Tantric Immersion is a year-long journey into the Goddess as embodied practice, myth, breath, and sound. Each month, you'll enter into a different Goddess archetype, moving her energy through asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, and meditation until her qualities are not just studied, but lived.
Invitation
Something is stirring, and it wants to move through you.
Open to teachers and dedicated practitioners at all levels.
No prior experience required. Just a sincere desire to go deeper.
This immersion is rooted in the living traditions of Śākta and Śaiva Tantra and inspired by teachers such as Sally Kempton, who helped bring Goddess wisdom to contemporary practitioners. The teachings are further informed by Jeanie Manchester's 35 years of practice and teaching, and her studies with Douglas Brooks and Paul Muller-Ortega, offering an approach that is both deeply rooted and profoundly embodied.
