Jaye Martin, E-RYT 500 and ECAT (Experienced Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher) is an exuberant international yoga teacher who is highly acclaimed and widely sought after for his expertise, enthusiasm, and spirituality. Loved for his heart and intelligence alike, Jaye gifts students of all levels with his bright spirit and his skill in communicating both the subtle and technical aspects of the practice.

What do you love most about Anusara Yoga?

Anusara Yoga’s Universal Principles of Alignment are powerful tools relating to the Great Five Elements. As such, they provide an opportunity to explore within one’s body in order to move towards a balanced pranic
design that is revitalizing and replenishing not only for one’s body, but for one’s mind and spirit as well.
Why do you teach Anusara yoga?

Anusara Yoga has been, and is, a transformative practice for me physically, mentally, and spiritually. I feel it to be my dharma to honour what my teachers have shared with me by sharing with others. It is truly a lineage of Grace.
