• Completed both the 100-hours Anusara Immersion and 100-hours of basic Anusara Teacher Training (total 200-hours)
• Demonstrated an understanding of the Universal Principles of Alignment
• Are able to introduce a heart quality and/or theme into their class and can, at least mildly, weave it throughout the asana portion of the class.
