The Miracle of Being a Licensed Anusara Teacher

Hi dear ones,

The words of the various emails of this week have resonated in me a lot and have definitely moved feelings of regret. They were also a great opportunity to reflect, to stop and understand some aspects of Anusara.

I still vividly remember the various situations during the Immersion weekends, seminars, Anusara workshops, shared with you with the commitment, dedication, passion and above all the sense of gratitude and openness to life for what we were experiencing thanks to the practices together.

I wondered why I felt sad to receive these emails. On one hand, I welcome what you have written and I wish you all the blessings from the bottom of my heart to proceed along the path of research. Those of you who know me a little more know that in this life, I have the drive to resolve, to want to bring light to every uncomfortable situation that I can see in myself in relation to others. As part of the Anusara community, of the Italian Kula, I therefore feel compelled to take this opportunity to express with the intention of feeling even more united beyond everything.

My reflection was: Why pay an Anusara license?

I confirm that I will pay it. Thanks to you it became clear to me why I will do it. Thinking about the Anusara School to date, I realized it is a miracle that it still exists. A miracle yes, because with the release of the creator of the method, a vacuum was practically created, a fundamental point: the Master. John Friend is still quoted and considered certain, but since he is no longer leading the whole thing, that fundamental reference has become the word Anusara itself.

The surprising thing is that this void actually represents just what is one of the aims of Anusara. Discover our true nature. The reference is to be open to Grace to welcome and recognize who we are. The reference is the achievement, the discovery, the memory of the Guru within. The Anusara school, managed by the heirs, has done and is doing the best for me in keeping alive the beating heart of the experience that this method offers.

Personally I pay the license to date without expecting anything in return. Naive? No, I don’t feel like a story. It is not yet time to ask. I feel this license is my way of supporting this miracle. I think it’s 100 euros a year, I haven’t even checked it, a gift that I make with deep gratitude. Why do I give them? As a teacher in preparing my lessons I am constantly stimulated, supported in bringing a theme that is related to feeling in the body and if I don’t, I become a gym teacher. For now, I find that just being in using the Universal Principles of Alignment, coupled with the teachings of ancient texts, with the qualities of the heart, is already everything.

It is up to me to practice, study, experiment, try, offer, fall, get up. The certificate is the quality of my life and of the students who open up to new visions of the world week after week.

Returning to those of you who do not renew, I hope this email can make you think that leaving because you are unhappy that someone else has not done what you expected is a mechanism of the mind. It is something that today is stuck on the Anusara method, tomorrow it will be on something else. Deep down, what does that discontent mean? What does it not allow you to grasp? I don’t say this because you have to stay in Anusara, but because only by deeply touching that sorrow and welcoming it, we get rid of the mechanism of colored expectations on others. So we can grow and choose to go with joy and gratitude.

I hug you and I hope to see you soon somehow still united!

Ciao cari,

Ingenua? No, non mi sento tale.

Sta a me praticare, studiare, sperimentare, provare, offrire, cadere, rialzarmi.
