Special information about our studio:
Lo Studio Yoga SAMGHA è nato dall’incontro di Marina Rossi, Maria Grazia Orlando e Alessandra Ganassi.
La visione che ci ha motivato in questo progetto è stato il desiderio di creare uno spazio comune ove condividere l’espressione dello yoga nei suoi vari stili, scambiando esperienze e offrendo agli allievi più ampie possibilità di conoscere e apprezzare questa disciplina millenaria.
I nostri allievi possono partecipare alle lezioni senza l’obbligo di prenotazione ma scegliendo liberamente quale stile di yoga praticare e in quale orario.
Il cuore del centro è la nostra meravigliosa sala. La luce del sole, che entra dalla vetrata che la circonda, la riempie di energia, quell’energia vitale che penetra all’interno portando pace e benessere interiore.
SAMGHA è praticare insieme.
Studio Yoga SAMGHA was born from a vision of Marina Rossi, Maria Grazia Orlando and Alessandra Ganassi. They have been motivated from a desire of creating a space where everybody could share a yoga expression in its various styles, interchange experiences and offer to the students any wide possibility to know and appreciate this millenary discipline.
Our students can take any class without being obliged to book and choosing freely which style to practice and at what hour.
The heart of the center is our wonderful room. The sun light entering from the window all around, fills it of energy, that vital energy that enters inside bringing peace and interior wellness.
SAMGHA means sharing the practice.
