I began Yoga in 2015 after my girlfriend advised me to take part at a men-only-class. After my first class I directly fell in love with Hatha Yoga. My first 200h-teacher-training was in 2020. My 200h-Anusara TT was in 2021.

| What do you love most about Anusara Yoga? |
Definitly the UPAs : I started with Anusara in 2020 while the Corona pandemic. So I took online classes. It was so eye opening for me to feeling very right in each Asana while getting only spoke advice and not being readjusted by hand.

I want to give this beautiful and healing Yoga style to my students.
