Yoga Bio

I approached Yoga in the early 2000s, for many years I lived between Rome and New York working in photography and improving my interest in yoga, from there I started to deepen my practice following several teachings, until 2016 when I became a yoga teacher by attending a 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and after two years two 60hr Yoga Therapy Training Course.
The turning point in my training path came when I started to practice Anusara Yoga in Rome, I immediately felt the power of the process, from there I decided to start the Anusara Yoga training which was incredibly deep and transforming.
I never forget that I always remain a student, for that reason I keep going to regularly participate in seminars with the teachers I love.
I practice yoga with devotion, steadiness and reliability.
I love sharing practices with students and growing together, being welcoming with them and proposing classes to allow everyone to deepen their practice or discover it for the first time, experiencing the benefits that the practice can offer and accompanying everyone towards a state of well-being and awareness.
To me Yoga is discover our real nature, to be in touch with our deepest part, it is self-observation, enter into relationship and contact with ourselves. Practice is being into the practice, paying constant attention to breath control, combining action and meditation.
Besides that, in these years of practice and training I approached the meditation following the Vipassana tradition, participating regularly in intensive retreats.

What do you love most about Anusara Yoga?

About Anusara I love the first universal principle, Open to Grace, which to me it represents remembering who and what I am, recognizing my real nature, the expansion to the universe and the connection with the Divine. At the beginning of the practice I open myself, I soften my heart, body, breath, mind, I connect with my deepest side and with anything is all around me. In this way I always formulate my deepest intention knowing where I want to go through the practice.

Why do you teach Anusara yoga?

The Anusara practice goes beyond the simple physical aspect, it is a practice that can be felt in depth, involving every aspect of ourselves. Starting from the careful work on the physical body, people can perceive effects on the energetic and subtle body, mental and emotional body, up to to come into deep contact with our deepest side. I love to share this kind of practice, a practice that includes everything, always connecting body, mind, and philosophy.

Why do you license with Anusara?

When I met Anusara at the end of the practices I always felt something deeper compared to other style of yoga. To understand what it was I wanted to deepen studying the process, I wanted to learn the correct alignment to allow people to practice safely without getting hurt, to be able to teach following a theme that was always at the center of the practices, to deepen the Tantric philosophy. All this led to an understanding of the method and gave me the opportunity to share it with others.
