| What do you love most about Anusara Yoga? | Love changes during the last 6 years… I love all aspects. First it was the perfekt alignment that makes the practice assessable for every body. Today I love to spend hours do develop heart themes -thanks to Julia Schlenkert and Christian Lobe at this point – to do my best to serve the students needs. I would love to deepen my knowledge about tantric philosophie – but saying yes to all aspects of life includes that it will come, when the time is right. |

| Why do you license with Anusara? | Beeing part of the kula and recieve so much support is really, really helpful to get a better teacher. I hope I can contribute and give something back. |
