In 2005 I fell in love with yoga and began my personal journey. In 2012 I completed my Anusara teacher training and I am currently an Anusara-Inspired teacher. I teach yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and I am a Reiki master and sound healer.

I teach Anusara yoga because I love sharing with fellow yogis the beauty of a healing and healthy practice that invites you to the home within.
