– inspired anusara teacher since 1999
– regular classes at AirYoga, Zurich and Yogaloft, Rapperswil-Jona
– workshops, teacher trainings and retreats together with his wife Lina

– official zen student in the Lassalle-Glassman-Lineage since 1998 under guideance of Niklaus Brantschen
