Nefeli is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher with a passion for anatomy and yoga therapy. She holds an MSc in Health Psychology and has worked for a few years as a psychologist, but she felt that there was more to it for. Nefeli believes that through yoga we can access everything that is inevitably stored in the body, as we go through life. She owns a small studio in the northern suburbs of Athens called Yogalife, http://www.yogalife.gr where she teaches weekly Anusara Yoga group sessions (up to 8 people) , private yoga therapy sessions. She teaches a 200hr Anusara Yoga Teacher Training. The training is divided in 6 modules (5 days each,) and includes Anusara Immersion I, II and III and Anusara Teacher training I, II, III. Students are welcome to take modules separately or do the whole training.

Nefeli has been working as a yoga therapist for some years now and has found that the impact of yoga and yoga therapy more specifically(which takes people from living with pain every day to being able to move and experience life fully, often after a long time) is life changing. People often come to the mat just to heal their body and then heal their psychie as they gradually marinate into the teachings more and more.
