Enthusiastic seeker, I started my path thanks to meditation nearly 25 years ago. 10 years later, I stepped into my first Hatha Yoga class and it was love at first sight. That first step took me to dedicate my life to yoga teaching, which I do with love and dedication. There’s no better way to learn than teaching!
What do you love most about Anusara Yoga?

Anusara is an amazing method of extraordinary effectiveness which makes possible what seems impossible.
The Upa’s guides us in the understanding of the biomechanics of our body, helping us to approach it with great awareness.
An Anusara class will be always seasoned with tons of joy and with the philosophical theme which like an invisible thread, connects the whole class giving it a profound sense.
Why do you teach Anusara yoga?

Anusara pushes me to give a clear structure to every class, to learn every day, to explore, to understand. Anusara makes me a better teacher.

It is the best way to honor the method and every Certificate teacher who trains each one of us with dedication and love.
