I discovered yoga in 2018 when living in Barcelona/Spain. I felt in love with Anusara principles and tantric philosophy.

I got my Elements certification in 2023.

I am just starting a never ending journey to integrate yoga practice and the feeling of reunion with the universe.

What do you love most about Anusara Yoga?

Anusara brings in perfect harmony tantric philosophy and the UPAs. It is a style which reviews and combine yoga traditional practices, philosphy and modern life itself. I see as a powerfull combination to develop consciousness and the human being.
Why do you teach Anusara yoga?

To put it simple, Open to Grace is a key concept which I want to devote my life. If I have the opportunity, why not sharing it with others? It is so unique to teach from the heart and connect to others.
Why do you license with Anusara?

I don’t believe people need licenses to teach. Sometimes is natural such as the relationship between Guru and student.

However, when a community has been created and one choose to integrate it, I think is important to have a common sense of rules, guidelines to direct the purpose and to maintain quality (compromise) towards the style itself, Anusara in this case.
